They're my One and Only for HVAC and Plumbing.  They were punctual, clean and removed all the old parts.  Explanations of what was needed was layman-plain and NOT condescending.  That's important to me.  BEST PART - they don't give you an "estimate".  They give you a price.  And that comes with a parts and work breakdown.   Regardless of what happens afterward that's the price.  It's what's know in contracting circles as Firm Fixed Pricing.     My Story - The fan to my HVAC system finally went kaput.  This company had come in during January because the fan was making a racket.  They cleaned and re-aligned the fan component but informed me the fix may not last.  It didn't.  HVAC is the original on the property.  Approx 30 yrs old with minimal servicing.  I finally scheduled an appt in July when the summer heat came in and I had no A/C.  They returned, dug deep into the system, gave me a price.  I'd been convinced I'd have to replace the whole system.  M&B told me that wouldn't be necessary.  They broke everything down and stayed as long as it took to get it right - which in this case was far longer than they had anticipated.  My furnace is prettier than when they started.
