Window Service
A CORD WAS COMING OUT THE SIDE OF A WINDOW, AND WOULDN'T WORK. THEY SEND A SALESMAN OUT TO FIX IT, AND I DIDN'T LIKE HIM AT ALL. FIRST OF ALL IT TOOK A FEW CALLS, AND ARGUING WITH THEM ABOUT THE WARRANTY TO GET HELP, AND IT TOOK A COUPLE OF CALLS TO GET THE SALESMAN TO CALL ME BACK. HE DIDN'T WANT ME TO EXPLAIN WHAT WAS WRONG ("STEP AWAY FROM THE WINDOW"), AND THEN REFUSED TO TELL ME WHAT HE DID. OF COURSE I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM, AND THE WINDOW GETS STUCK, AND I CAN NO LONGER USE IT.
