TOTALLY FLOORED

Throughout the project which lasted four days, Justin and James kept us informed as to their progress and any challenges they encountered. They arrived on time, cleaned up the area as they progressed, disposed of the old tile, maintained a friendly and professional bearing. They exhibited outstanding professionalism and knowledge of the trade. They were able to deal with all the irregularities of our old house. The result is lovely and Justin stayed within the original estimate and did extra touch up work to make the results perfect. I would highly recommend Totally Floored to any homeowner needing a new floor.

Justin is fantastic at what he does. He has done two jobs for me and I will be hiring him for a third. He explains very clearly what the job will look like, asks lots of questions about what I want, and the finished product looks great. He is very neat and clean while he works, he works fast and gets the job done quickly and well. He keeps the overall look of the job in mind and offers suggestions for how to make it look better, how to do some technical aspects of the job in different ways. I am renovating my whole house and he has given great suggestions for how we can prep for the job to make it look the best in the end. He is very friendly and professional.
