I've reviewed RJ's previously and just find them great to work with. They do good work and are fair. Engine repair and maintenance are not in my wheelhouse so I do minimum amount of work on my machines. I view the periodic professional "overhaul" that RJ's does as part of the cost of my investment.

took a couple weeks to get to it, but welder did a good job. Better than original Craftsman factory welds.

They fixed it and they are extremely good at what they do.

I was very pleased with the work RJ's did for me.  The cost of the work was easily covered by the savings on having a lawn care company do my yard.  We set an appointment for pick up and delivery and they were very prompt.  My machine looked great and performed excellent during the season.  They will be doing more work for me on my snowblower as well as a repair on my riding mower on a part I broke.  
I had used another company in the past but their reviews lately have been terrible so I'm opting to pay for pick up and delivery rather than chance a poor outcome with them (I have free pick up and delivery with them because I bought my machine there).  Based on my experience with RJ's I will be staying with them.

After reading great reviews on AL, my wife and I decided to bring the mower we got  from my wife's grandfather to RJ's to see if it could be salvaged. Bob called back very quickly within a day or two and gave it to me strait that it was a lemon and it was really only worth its weight in scrap. It was an older mower and her grandfather didn't take the best care of it. Bob was great about it, he explained everything to me in detail and we came down to his place and he took the time with my wife and I to walk us around his lot and show us what he had for new and used mowers. He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions in great detail. He showed us all of our options by going with him and he was not pushy just trying to make a sale at all. We thanked him and told him we would think about it. After a few days of my wife and I deciding what we wanted, I called Bob and told him we were interested in one of his used mowers, but we didn't want exceed a certain price for a used mower where we could just buy a new one. He worked with us and we were able to come to an agreement on the mower we wanted. It needed some work so it would take a little time to get done which is completely understandable since summer is a busy time for mowers being repaired. Over the time it took, Bob would call me with updates frequently and even offered to let me borrow a mower of his just to have one. On the day it was ready, Bob delivered the mower to my house and took the time to make sure everything was running efficiently and even showed me how to use it since it was my first one.  Bob and his wife have made this such an easy process for my wife and I and we couldn't  be happier. RJ's will have our and our family's business from now on and I highly suggest anybody reading this to do the same.

Got it back in a week, which is critical during lawnmowing season. Were very prompt in pickup and delivery.

I had taken our snowthrower to R J Enterprises with the question: " is this thing worth fixing?"
We had bought it used and it would not start in cold weather, which of course is when you want a snowthrower.
Bob Jennings repaired and tuned up the machine -- even cleaning it so it looked like new -- for a reasonable price.
It not only starts but runs like new.
When I picked it up, after I had paid, Bob refunded $5.15 for a part that was on the invoice, but which he did not use.  That does not happen at most service businesses !
My only comment, not really a complaint, is that they did not phone with an estimate before doing the work.  However, since the cost was reasonable and the turn-around was prompt, I did not mind.

They returned my call promptly and picked up the blower.  They took it apart and found that mice had eaten the wiring.  Even though the starter that came with the unit could not be replaced because it was so old, Bob managed to match one up from one in the shop.  He called the night before a snowstorm and asked if he could bring the blower back later in the evening - who makes that kind of effort any more?!?!?  I will use them for all of my repairs and tune-upsfrom now on

Couldn't be happier - EXTREMELY polite and courteous to deal with. Really appreciated the pick-up and drop-off of my heavy snowblower ... did a test run yesterday, and it started on the first pull; hasn't done that in several years, and definitely sets my mind at ease for the upcoming winter. They'll definitely hear from me next Spring for my lawn mower -

They called ahead of time to schedule a time to pick up my equipment. Showed up when they said they would. Very friendly and courteous. When they looked into why my snowblower didn't start - they told me that my starter had broken some teeth. They let me know the cost to repair and then ordered the part once I OKed it. They delivered the snowblower and lawnmower back to me when they said they would. When I got them back - they were not only working - but they were so clean that they looked brand new. Both have been working great for me. I would definitely use them again and would recommend to use them without hesitation.
