Terrible company. I was verbally told they could get the job started in 3 weeks so I signed the contract. I called a week an a half later and was told it would be four to six weeks. I wasn't pleased, but it was not that big of a deal at that time. From that point forward they made no attempt to contact me to inform me of any delays. After waiting 7 weeks I called and was told "we're just coming up on the six weeks". That was a lie. They tried to reset the timer to the last time I called them, not from the date I signed the contract. In any event, I was told Alan would call me back shortly. He did not. I called the next day and ask if Alan was available and I was told he was, and to hang on one minute. I was then asked my name. All of a sudden Alan was not available, he was in a meeting. He called me later to give excuses about delays and I said my main problem was that there had been NO communication from them. I had to initiate every single time. He stated "I'm am not going to call every customer when there is a delay, I don't have time for that." He said maybe he should just give me back my $500 dollar deposit, I reluctantly declined because I needed my home resided. He then told me the product they sold me was not available and what they sold me was "a prototype" and was not available on the market. At that point I lost the very last but of hope that this company had an ounce of integrity. I FIRED THEM ON THE SPOT, asked for a refund, and told Alan I would write a bad review. His answer was "We never worked for you so how could you write a bad review". My answer to that is self evident.

I have never,in owning homes for over thirty years, had such a good experience with a contractor and their crews. I missed them when they were gone. You definitely get what you pay for with Beaulieu & Sons! Their attention to detail, their professionalism and skills are above and beyond. Easy to work with and I am thrilled with how our home turned out. I am writing this before they are done but I am confident there will be no negatives.

Fine. Work was done quickly. They did leave a mess inside my garage that I didnt expect and nails in lawn.

Did an excellent job. Great customer service. Communication was a key. I look forward to using them in the future.

John's team was prompt, courteous, professional. Always on time and worked over time to make up for a rain day. Cleanup was good. The house looks brand new. I cannot say enough about the job the did and I highly recommend them

My relatively small (5 double-hungs and 2 pictures) window replacement project took 6 weeks longer to complete than promised, due to incorrect measurements taken by company owner.  Somehow, the rear picture window was ordered with the wrong dimensions, even though it should have been the exact same size as the front picture window they replaced.
After removing old windows from the openings, workers left a MESS of nails, flashing, wood splinters and debris on my lawn & property. Once winter arrived, I was shocked to find that my newly installed Harvey MaxView windows get frost on the INSIDE whenever the weather gets cold, even though they have double-paned glass with Argon gas in the middle for energy efficiency.  Regretfully, none of these Harvey replacement windows are efficient at all.  This company does sloppy work and installed substandard replacement windows.  I will never use them again and neither should you!

From the first project meeting, we knew that this was a professional and knowledgeable company. We had exact requirements; for most quality. Not just from the product but also workmanship from the installation to cleanup. We wanted to maximise, within reason, the insulation by adding 2" of styrofoam and seal the outside of the house. We required a professional installation and indicated what we expected the final quality to be.
In all aspects of the two week project, there was not one issue that came up. The install team would asked questions if any area was in question and understood that we required. That was a first! Most contractors or installers have an idea of what needs to be done and have little contact with client. This installation team first made sure they understood what we wanted, gave suggestions, followed through and met the goal. A perfect siding job.

Had used this company for complete vinyl siding on our house 15- 20 years ago and they did a superb job. When it cam to roofing - entirely different story. First major snow storm after new rood was installed we had horrendous leaks. They came out to look and said problem was due to poor insulation in the ceiling, no roof overhang on roof, etc, everything that was not their fault! We had had a few leaks prior, but nothing on the scale of these leaks. I had photos taken which i showed to an attorney and he felt we had an excellent case for a lawsuit. But, I was so sick of dealing with the BS from these guys that I just had another company come in and reroof the rear dormer - and we've had no problems since! Would not ever use this outfit again!

They were professional, efficient, and tidy.  This past fall, I noticed that the storm door had settled on one side about a half inch.  I called them to see if they could fix this, they came out two days later and fixed the problem.  I will definitely hire them again.

They did a great job.  They finished the project in a day.  They were friendly and professional. I was kept informed as to the progress and they cleaned up after they left.  Phil Beaulieu came out to do the estimate, and Rebecca, the office manager, was friendly and helpful through the process.  No complaints!

I was very sastisfied with them.  I haven't been able to use them yet, but I definitely will in the future.

They did an outstanding job siding our home. The design and size of our house required a great deal of trim and detail work which was done to perfection. We feel we received a custom siding job. Any concerns we had during the project were addressed and resolved promptly. The work area was kept neat and orderly and our landscaping was "respected".  A very professional co.

Their representative Tom called on the 26th to inform me that a dumpster was to be delivered and he would be there prior to the delivery to meet me and discuss any issues that I might have.  He arrived on time and dropped off some boards to have placed under the dumpster to protect the driveway surface and answered all my concerns.  The dumpster was delivered and placed on the boards provided. On the 27th the crew arrived right on time and began the job.  We left our home for a doctor's appointment.  When we arrived home the crew was still busy working and did not stop until approximately 5 p.m.  The foreman asked me if I had a problem with the crew leaving some supplies and waste until the next day in order to finish the job on the 29th.  I had no problem as the supplies and waste were neatly placed.  Again, arriving on the 28th on time the crew worked until they finished.  The yard was cleaned, the dumpster was packed, supplies were placed next to the dumpster neatly.  Early on the 29th , Tom returned to inspect the job, and inquired as to any concerns we had.  We were very pleased with the whole experience.  I would not even consider  going to any other contractor.  P. Beaulieu and Company will be seeing me again when it is time for the siding job.
I would highly recomend this company to any and all who would inquire.

I am extremely pleased with everything they did.  The workers were hard working men who arrived early each morning, did a wonderful job, cleaned up everything, and did all that I expected of them and more!!  I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in their services.  
And dealing with Phil Beaulieu the father, and Al Beaulieu one of his sons, was such a pleasure.  Both men went out of their way to accommodate my requests.  I really could not ask for more from this company.  I will definitely use them again in the future.

I only ran into one problem.  I called them, they came right out, admit to a mistake
on their part and corrected the issue to my satisfaction.  From start to finish,
they were very professional, courteous and fair.

I think they are very conscientious in the quality of their work. They did outstanding work. They are dependable.
