When I returned, by appointment, after he told me he had finished he said he had removed viruses and "now you will be able to open your Quicken." I asked why he thought I was having a problem with Quicken and we agreed that there was a misunderstanding. He had no explanation for the blue screens except the viruses.

When we addressed the printer issue, it became clear that he had no patience for the process.

It was not until I got home and a few days later that I learned that he had deleted 3 YEARS worth of Quicken records.

I am glad that he helped some others but I think he is a menace.

I would never recommend him to anyone else.

He arrived on time, and listened to what I wanted him to do for me.  I was looking for direction as well as correcting the way I had set them up - didn't really know what I was doing.  So, as he looked through the settings, etc, ran scans for virus and loaded malware software, he told me what he was doing and explained why.  He also taught me how to correctly perform backup and insisted that I try it a few times while he was there, and suggested I take notes.  By the time he left (more than two hours later) my laptops were running faster and set up properly - with me understanding much more how and why.  I am very satisfied with both his manner and knowledge.  I will recommend his services to anyone who has the need!

I called Steven on the afternoon of 12/15 and explained my situation. I was out if town for work when computer screen broke. I had the computer screen replacement at home. I was flying home late that night but flying back out the next day at 3:00pm. Steven said to drop off that night and then texted me at 830 am that the laptop was ready. The cost...only 50.00. I was beyond thrilled with his work and the whole experience. I will definitely use again.
