water heater repair
 + -1 moreAlthough I got a verbal estimate, next time I will get a written estimate. My research found that going rate for plumbers is $85/hr, w/2hr min. charged; He arrived at 9 AM and left approx. 12:30, so price was very fair, based on my research on prices for water heaters. He does not accept credit cards. We have been using Mike for over a decade. He is meticulous and careful in his work.
Description of Work: Replaced and installed gas water heater (including cleaning residual from 'flood' from old water heater); installed (ultra) hot water system in kitchen; fixed packing on outdoor garden faucets; replaced toilet inerds.
