handyman service
+ -1 moreWe have several rental properties in the Springfield / Hartford / Providence area and Loren has been our small contractor for over 15 years. He is an excellent communicator and most importantly he has no problem with doing small jobs (other providers would always put small jobs at the bottom of their priorities) - he would also offer a discount if a larger job didn't have a tight time frame, so there was lots of flexibility. He has always been fair, his work has always been extremely good, and we have offered to bring him to fix up our house down south this winter as we have been unable to find anyone near as good in that area. We have also referred him to our homeowner friends and he has been very generous with his time and talent. The one thing is he does not have a website and is not super tech-savvy, doesn't email, but I find that face to face is the only way to deal with a contractor as opposed to email etc where things can be easily misunderstood.
Description of Work: We have used him for the following areas: Kitchens - repairs to remodel, Bathrooms - repairs to remodelling, LOTS of Drywall work, tile work (exterior as well as interior flooring), and of course Plumbing & Electrical
