Perfect not one snag. I have never ever had an experience this good on any remodeling project.

Everyone at Ideal was amazing to work with - from initial consultation to installation. The kitchen was actually moved to an area that was the old pantry. All of our friends/family thought we were crazy....however, Steve, the Ideal office team and the field crew completely saw our vision and made it all happen. I must say that the people working for Ideal are extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. I was so impressed with the installer, Jeff, as well as the HVAC guy, Paul. Things couldn't have gone any smoother considering some of the last minute hurdles that we ran into on the project and last minute changes we made..

Being the only bathroom in our house they went out of their way to make sure that we had a toilet every day. He answered all of our
questions and did what was necessary to make the process as convenient as possible. The tub was the first thing installed and
the toilet was always reinstalled every night. They were totally trustworthy and cleaned up every night after themselves. We were not required to be here for the work to be done. Looks great and is hard to believe it's the same room.

They put in new cabinets, new countertops and vanities in the two bathrooms. All new hardware. The master carpenter's name was Chad who was unbelievable. He did everything perfect. You can't even see seams in his work. Mark put in the tile and it is unbelievable work,also. They did an amazing job. I have received tons of compliments from retired craftsman. About 4 or 5 months after the work was done, I received a call just to check in on the work.

They did great in the kitchen, and not so good in the bathroom. They left everything in the bathroom in a condition that was not great. They put on new countertops, but it seemed they did not do much effort to fix them. They missed a lot of things, and the bathroom was kind of a disaster. The kitchen was the only thing that looks fine.

I like Ideal Kitchen Home Improvement Inc's carpenter. I like the product I ended up with. I like the work people. I wasn't happy with the wait but it wasn't their fault.

Everything went well. Workers were courteous and cleaned up afterwards. Any problems were taken care of quickly and professionally. I have no complaints.

the job was suppose to be for 2 weeks and it take 6 weeks .i was working and the wife of the man came inside my house and ther kids was running around my house .they went for lunc h and they drink and after they came back for 1 hours and live my house they never work a full day of 8 hour. my tile in the bath room was done by some one they hire and they never see his work it his all wrong.i would never have them do anything in my house .and any body could see the job they did here it is terrible

Did an excellant job, on time and for a good price. Cost included a high end vanity, granit top and all labor.

They were excellent.

Overall the project went well. Our new kitchen is beautiful and more functional. Some glitches along the way concerned disagreement about what was actually included in the estimate vs. what was an add-on upcharge. The chain of command could use some improvement as well. The owner came to the house multiple times to talk about the project, measure and write up the estimate which was nice but was not very much involved in the project thereafter. Because of this, there was some confusion about what was included in the original estimate as well as design element choices. Also, we were not sure who to call if we wanted to change something or to comment/complain. Sometimes it was via the on site crew, sometimes someone in the office and occassionally, the owner. The craftmen were excellent, esp. Johnnie, who did a great job with the cabinets, the island, and the closet. Two complaints, though, was that they played music loud (but would turn it down and/or off when our 2 year old son napped) and both of the guys at the house smoked (outside in the driveway). Johnnie did the plumbing as well. Some of the new cabinets and drawers were not the correct size and had to be reordered and reinstalled (at no cost to us). There was also some confusion about who they recommended to purchase things like the refrigerator, tiles, faucets as different subcontractors/suppliers were recommended depending on who we talked to Ideal Kitchens. A printed list of preferred vendors would have much appreciated. Overall, communication was frequent and phone calls were returned quickly. All of our concerns were addressed throughout the project and the timeline was realistic. The subcontractors (floor, tile for backsplash, granite for countertops) showed up when they were supposed to which was great as we had very little down time. We were able to use the kitchen during the prjoect for the majority of the time with only a few days throughout the whole project we were without some semblance of a working kitchen. We are thinking of doing a master bath update and would use them again with the following stipulations: Keep a written record of all things agreed upon, establish the chain of command before work starts (If I perceive a problem, who do I call first?), and ask the guys not to smoke on our property.

THE JOB WAS AS DESCRIBED. OUR ONLY ISSUE WOULD BE TO BE REALISTIC ABOUT THE AMOUNT OF TIME IT'LL TAKE FROM START TO FINISH. IT TOOK APROX. 2 MONTHS TO COMPLETE ALL THE JOBS. AND TO FINE TUNE IT. MY HUSBAND AND I WOULD ABSOLUTELY GO WITH IDEAL KITCHENS AGAIN. WE NOW HAVE A DREAM KITCHEN THAT OUR FRIENDS CALL A MAGAZINE COVER AD. THE PRICE OF RENOVATING OUR KITCHEN DIDN'T INCLUDE APPLIANCES, BUT COMPARED WONDERFULLY TO ALL THE PRIOR ESTIMATES WE OBTAINED BEFORE THE WORK STARTED.

They first gave me an estimate and stuck to it. I was not happy with the person who came to do the work as it looked like he was working only for the money. They cleaned up most part of it after they finished the work. I was happy with their work.

Every person that I dealt with at Ideal was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Starting with the salesman who came to my house to discuss the project, right through all of the office personnel and designers, to the installers who actually worked on my kitchen, I can honestly state that every one of them were fantastic. But the star of the show was the man who did the majority of the work -- Rick Arcott, who not only did great work, but is the most customer friendly contractor I have ever met. He was thorough and professional but also very personable. He not only did the assigned work, but also made several suggestions that helped enhance the final product. The work was done promptly, the entire project took less than 2 weeks and we never had to go a night without use of our kitchen sink stove or refrigerator. I would highly recommend Ideal Kitchens to anyone.
