The service was top notch. Les was very conscientious. The hardware replaced was over 30 years old and hard to operate. It really makes the doors look new along with the security enhancements. I would surely seek out Holyoke Lock for any future home security needs.

I needed to have a lock fixed as the key would no longer turn. They gave me an appt for the next day and came out and fixed it.

He opened the back door for us quickly, and while he was here, we had him change all the locks so that one key would work in them all. (Since then, some of our locks have changed.....) He was really professional AND emotionally supportive, which was very welcome at the time, and an unexpected niceness. He had all the supplies he needed on the truck, so he worked efficiently and effectively. Very worth the price we paid. We never used that electrician again by the way!!

They are very good. They are actually two different types of locks. They put locks on four doors and they put something like a lock on our sliding doors in the back.

The provider was incredible! We had used Ace in Northampton before for the same problem They had told us that ultimately we would need a new door and it would cost upwards of $1000. Leslie from Holyoke Lock took one look at the problem, said it was SIMPLE and fixed it no fuss no muss. He was very personable and very professional and one of the best providers we have ever worked with.

The office staff was cordial when I called and they were quick to schedule an appointment. We'd closed on the new house the day before, so still had electricians on site, but the locksmith worked with them so that they didn't get in each others' way. He replaced a deadbolt on the rear exterior door in a timely fashion, was neat and did a decent job. He did not calculate the bill correctly and had to redo it. We were told that travel time would be added to the bill, but I think he overestimated the time he spent on site or the travel time. I think they should have a flat rate for travel time, based on mileage from the office, not time spent on the road, if they are going to charge for that. It's just less suspect that way.

Went very well. I emailed the company regarding pricing and the next day, after a couple emails were exchanged, they were at my house doing the work. The guy, whose name I sadly forget, was punctual, efficient and friendly. He completed the task I wanted done, and when I asked about adding additional products that would certainly have increased the bill amount, he actually told me it would be unnecessary given my current security, though he would install it if I still wanted it. I appreciated that level of honesty, as it saved me some money and also gave me a bit of piece of mind. I would definitely use them again.

The estimate given over the phone was right on, they arrived on time and called 15 minutes ahead of time to let me know exactly when they were coming, the locksmith was very professional and the work was done very efficiently. The price was fair compared to others.

They were able to come within 48 hours of my call and arrived on time to the appointment. Total time for the installation of three new dead bolt locks and rekeying two others was about an hour. (This did not include travel time, for which they did charge us. This seems to be practice in our area, one of which I do not approve.) While they did not clean up after themselves -- sawdust, etc. -- they were relatively tidy such that cleanup was easy.
The total cost was reasonable for the service and the quality of the product. They do not keep all lock varieties in stock. I do wish that they had told me up front that I would have had a broader range of locks available to me if I wanted to special order them. I will change these some locks again to a different style once we remodel those rooms. Still, I received that for which I paid.

In response, Although we do carry many brands of locks on the service trucks we unfortunately do not carry all finishes (colors) & we did not have the particular lock color the customer desired but we did have the brand they needed. The opportunity to order this particular lock in the desired color is always an option to our customer. It is also our policy to completely clean any mess made during service & for any mess that was not completely cleaned we apologize for this. We do charge an hourly rate for our service travel included, we find our customers preferred this over being charged a separate additional trip charge & or gas service charge. They provided excellent service. They were very prompt and on time and did the job right. They did a very good job, and the price was decent. I wasn't here, but my wife who does a lot of rental properties was here, and she did not complain about the price. Their quality was excellent, responsiveness was terrific and professionalism was very high. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

It couldn't have gone better. Mr. Cooke came here a little over an hour after we phoned, and worked for a little under two hours changing the keys for 9 locks.

My experience with Holyoke Lock was excellent. I called them to have locks rekeyed on a home I purchased. They set up an appointment for the next day. They called the morning of the appointment to tell me what time they would be arriving. They had all the equipment needed to do the job and even carried new locks should I need them. It took about one hour and the job was complete. They were prompt and very professional. I would highly recommend them.
