Took over 7 months to complete service. Employees would say they would be back the next day, and never show up. Service was started in summer, with the understanding it needed to be complete prior to the heating season. No communication from owner. Bill was sent in late February before service was completed. We are still unsure of whether the job was truly completed. Ended up in small claims court settling on a much lower price since job took far to long, and was not finished prior to the heating season. While in small claims court there was another customer who also stated that her house took aproximately 6-7 months to complete.
