Face to Nails etc

The Manicurist who also did my pedicure was fine. My bad experience was identical to another review... The owner approached me while I was having my manicure and started raising her voice and being extremely unprofessional for some unknown reason and out of the blue. Even the manicurist was shocked. It was relieving to read another's review that was identical to my experience. This business has been going downhill for a few years now. Too bad. Everyone has problems but as an owner she should not bring it to work. I will never go back, very upsetting.

The manicure was fine. My complaint is with the owner. She became extremely unprofessional and rude to me for some reason unknown to me. It was just out of the blue, like she was having a bad day and I suffered the brunt of it. Even the manicurist was shocked. I am from that area and have been there many times before, the business has been suffering and now I know why. The management by the owners and rudeness to customers for no reason. ????

I go here all the time! It's my favorite massage place. The staff is super friendly and professional!

I had a massage but I have also received pedicures manicures facials and had my hair done here... They are fantastic!

I have been coming here for years for spa and massage appointments. All of the massage therapists are friendly and professional. They communicate well and take cues from you as to you level of verbal comfort.

I called on Tuesday for an emergency hair appointment for the upcoming Saturday. I wasn't expecting they would have appointments available on such short notice because my daughter needed a lengthy appointment due to the volume of hair. They had a cancellation and were happy to fit us in.
The hairdresser did a fantastic job. My daughter and I were extremely pleased with the outcome along with the service as they were prompt and courteous. We now have two upcoming appointments for future events.

My overall first experience was excellent from the moment I walked in the door till I was done with my appointment!
They are very accommidating when you are trying to set up an appointment in regards to time and day. I really recommend to anyone looking for a new hairstylist!

I have been to Face to Nails on several occasions for a massage. Every massage therapist I've had did a great job. I've always felt comfortable as it's in a peacful, quiet environment. Would definitely recommend this service to others.

It's a day spa. They are excellent. Their prices are good. The quality of service is excellent. They are very responsive, punctual and professional. I would continue to use them in the future.
