E-Z clean cleaning service

I will never refer or get any kind of services from them again. We tryed to negotiate but she decided to act as if he never received our emails.

She informed me the initial cleaning would be between $150 and $200 depending on the size of the home.  I told her the apartment was relatively small approximately 950 square feet and it contained 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a living room and kitchen.  As our conversation concluded she would notify me of a date she could come to clean.  I was notified of a date through email and quoted $200 for the ?platinum service?.  I did agree to the price however thought it was on the high end because of the ?platinum service? descriptor.  During a conversation with the person who resides in the downstairs apartment I learned of some cleaning she thought should have been done for a $200 platinum service.  She told me under the bed only half of the floor was done, the couch and loveseat were not moved to clean beneath or the baseboard behind, the ceiling fan wasn?t dusted also. 

I thought this could be easily resolved and decided to contact EZ cleaning through their website.  This is when I discovered through their pricing index a ?platinum? cleaning service for a 3 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 living room, 1 kitchen was $100 ?satisfaction guaranteed?.  Kim charged me $200 for a 2 bedroom apartment.  I thought double the money for a smaller place which I found upsetting.  I left her an email and asked for a $125 reimbursement and have since been ignored.

Great job!! Seriously, the shower has never been this clean! No shortage of elbow grease - they really hustled. The house sparkled when they were done!
