When I brought the computer home, I still had the problem. I called him back, and he walked me through the installation of the driver which wasn't the problem in the first place, but in the process, I mentioned one of the symptoms, and that led us to part of the problem, but my computer still didn't work right. After a couple of weeks, I ended up taking the computer to another service provider, and I'm waiting for the outcome.

I called Brian at Cyber Surf Shop based on other reviews on Angie's List. I started to leave a message, but he called me back before I could complete it. I described the problems and he said he would have someone available to come over at 5:30 the next day. He called around 4 the next day and told me that his tech - Matt - would be available early and asked if that was okay. I said yes and Matt was there within 15 minutes. It only took an hour to figure out my setup (4 computers, a wired and a wireless router), to find the problems and fix them.

Everything was great! The gentleman had the computer ready for pick up within a few hours, and he even charged me less since it wasn't as difficult as he thought it would be.

It was a great experience. He did not try to sell me any and quot;extrasand quot; and was true to the estimate he gave me upon dropoff.

Outstanding service in every way at a cost much less than any other computer repair service I've encountered. Two-hour same day complete service time. Seven-day hours, with speedy callback at all times, including non-store hours. Quality service and extraordinary value, with commitment to providing fair price for excellent service. Don't bother going anywhere but Cybersurf, even if you need to drive a bit to get there. I drove 30 minutes, and was glad I did, even though I have vendors located closer to my home.
