City Vacuum recently moved to Chicopee. They were recommended to me by
an acquaintance and I am so glad that she recommended them to me! I had
an old Hoover Windtunnel vacuum that I believed just needed a belt, but I
was unsure and most vacuum repair places I could find in the area did
nothing on site and would charge you $40 - $60 to send it out to be
checked. The owner/operator of City Vacuum told me that he only charges
$10 to check out and item, and did some diagnostics with me over the
phone. I went in on a Saturday morning and he fixed my vacuum
(installing a new belt) in about 5 minutes. The cost was only $20, which
included the cost of the belt, his labor, and 3 additional vacuum bags
that I purchased. I could not be more pleased with the service I
experienced at City Vacuum!

The indicated it would take a few weeks but actually was done much sooner. They are the local service for many vacuum warranties - that is all they do so they are quick and good.
