I called the owner a week later to see how the job was progressing. The owner told me had had given the job to a "landscaper" who worked for him on rainy days, and that the job was half done. I was under the impression the owner was doing the job himself. My wife picked up the Red Kustom head a few days later, I was shocked to see they did not use new foam padding under the tuck and roll material, and that the corners were not done properly. I called the owner to ask why they did not use new foam, (If you had an item reupholstered that was 45 years old wouldn't you want new padding under your new covering?) I was told the "landscaper" decided not to use new foam padding. I then brought to the store another Kustom head to show the owner how the head should look. The owner then told me I was being too F..kin fussy and it looked good enough to him. I had brought the amp back to see if he redo the head for me. The owner then said there was nothing wrong with the job and he would give me my money back, I told the owner I did not want the money back, I wanted him to redo the job. He went to the cash register, gave me my money back, took out a razor blade and then cut a large X across the top of the amp of the material that I supplied. I then took the Kustom head and left the store.
