I was moving across the country. Flew out to Springfield after contacting an agent more than a month prior. They took my information and what I was looking for. When I arrived it came as a shock even though I had been in recent contact. They had no houses to show me. They are very bad at communicating and follow through. I only had a week to look for houses before I had to fly back. Finally arranged a different realtor and was able to see houses on my final day. A terrible experience
