Baystate Rug replaced my wall-to-wall carpeting and did a wonderful job. I wanted 100% nylon, which they had. Sales and installation all very helpful and professional.

I struggled with the original estimate for the materials since I found the same tile at a lower cost with another vendor. When I discussed my concerns, the cost of the tile was decreased which made the total cost more manageable. Shortly thereafter, the installer Ray, (a sub-contractor), stopped by while painters were working, and was able to speak with them and get a picture of specifically what the job would entail. We waited a month for installation, which ultimately turned out to be well worth the wait. Ray worked to complete the job for more than 8 hours. He was professional, personable and diligent in completing the job. I'm very pleased with the finished room and foyer.

Prices were reasonable.  Sales staff in East Longmeadow were wonderful.  The installers were great, very professional.  The entire experience was better than I thought it would be.

Although they were great about waiting for me to pick up the wood, when I did have it delivered in December, I found out that they ordered the wrong width boards. The boards I need to match for an addition were 2 3/8 " and they ordered 3 1/8" boards. The addition starts 3/4 of the way thru my living room, so obviously I could not use the boards, but now, even though I can't use the boards, as they ordered the wrong size, because of the time that went by, they are not inclined to refund my money. So there is $2700 that was earmarked for flooring that I no longer have to put towards a floor that actually matches.

They did an excellent job. They did a beautiful job on my floor. There is only one seem under the refrigerator. The quality was the best and they got it done in only six hours.

The salesperson Kathy was so easy to deal with an very helpful in making my selections. Than Donna came and measured everything and very nice, quick and right on time for her appointment. Than the day came for the carpet installers. They arrived on time, were very nice and got to work immedialy. I was amazed at how fast they got the job done. And it looks wonderful, These are true profesionals. Everything was spelled out at the only visit I had to make to the store and it all went like clockwork. I am looking forward to doing much more business with Bay State.

The woman who works there has been there for a while and she is phenomenal and she knew her stuff. I told her what I wanted and she directed me in the right direction. When they first did the installation, my son and daughter-in-law were here at home and I went out for work. When I came back my son told me that the guy was unbelievable and he was by himself. I was happy with them and so I called them again two years later to do my whole upstairs. I have used them for the last five or six years. They are very professional and reasonable. The installers were great.
