I had called August 16th late after noon (around 4:00 - I was at work) and he called me the next day on the 17th around 12:30 (lunch time) & I was just getting ready to return to work when he called - He said he would be around 2:00 p.m. My son was home & he arrived about 1:45 -- verty polite, clean, etc. I will certainly use Laflamme Plumbing again if need be.

Al was able to come to my house within a day or two after I called him. He gave me a fair estimate for the replacement of the water heater, came back to do the work when he said he would, did a great job with the installation, and patched up my exhaust pipe in the process. He was neat, clean and efficient. I would highly recommend his services.
