Got there quick and safe

I like the guy, the regular guy knows me. He drops it off all the time. I don't like it when he's on vacation. Their rule is that they are not supposed to drop it off if I'm not here. but it's a pretty secure building and secure neighborhood, it's a nice neighborhood and no body rips each other off here. So they can drop things off. The guys knows me and I told him the neighborhood here nobody rips things off and he'll drop it off. The drivers because the rule is they are not supposed to drop it off they driver's are responsible for the product if it gets stolen. They require a signature. Some companies because they have a guarantee and stuff they require a signature. If they require the signature and I'm not here he can't drop it off. He drops off a piece of paper that he puts in the mailbox. If it doesn't require the signature he just drops it off. I he rings the door bell I'll buzz him in and he'll bring it to the top of the stairs after I buzz him in. I only have to walk a few feet from where I buzz him in to the door and he's already at the top of the stairs when I get there. He's good.
