VERY HELPFUL STAFF. TAKES AS MUCH TIME AS NEEDED WITH EACH CUSTOMER. JUST 16 DAYS AFTER I BOUGHT A NEW COMPUTER, APPLE INTRODUCED AN UPGRADE. I WENT BACK TO THE STORE & THEY GAVE A SIZEABLE REFUND, ALTHOUGH SAYING IT WAS LONGER THAN COMPANY POLICY OF 14 DAYS.
