Rick Schmidt was enthusiastic, professional and extremely well prepared. He went above and beyond what was expected and was reasonably priced. He is the only architect we will consider for future projects.

He was always on time with the work he did. He has a professional manner and was always easy to work with. The finished drawings were more than satisfactory as he worked with us closely to best meet our needs. Our space was limited and he was able to produce a drawing that maximized what we had to work with in an esthetically appealing design.
