They were amazingly responsive to our many calls and concerns in selling our house, in helping to prepare it for sale, and through the sale process. Then they took up the challenge of finding a new home for us in Newton; which they did. We could not be more satisfied.

After a terrible experience with the buyers agent we used for the purchase of our condo five years ago we were very diligent about our search for an agent to represent us for the sale of our condo and new house search. Irene Kerzner of the Chestnut Hill office came recommended to us by friends who had recently used her. My wife and I felt very comfortable with Irene from our first meeting and ultimately chose her over the other four we interviewed. My wife and I were very particular buyers with regards to town, street, yard size, era and style house, and house size/specs. Irene helped us look for over a year before we ultimately found the right house for us. She was always helpful and supportive during our search and we never felt pressured to make a decision before we were ready. Once we found the right house, Irene skillyfully guided us through the bidding and negotiating process beating out five other buyers, getting money back from the sellers for issues found during the inspection, and ultimately getting us the house. As soon as the purchase and sale was signed, we needed to get our condo sold ASAP. My wife and I did not want to carry two mortgages. Irene immediately got to work by bringing in Heidi Wells of the Silk Purse Design Group to stage our condo and figure out what needed to be done to prepare to sell. Within three weeks our condo was ready to hit the market - staged, floor plans drawn, and pictures taken. All services included in Irene's fee. Irene held an open house for Hammond agents Tuesday, all area agents Wednesday, and two public open houses over the weekend. Five days after going on the market, we had 16 offers! From our initial meeting to the signing of our last closing document, Irene was there for us every step of the way. We couldn't be happier with how things turned out and the quality of service Irene provided.

He was able to go to the agent and let them know that we had cash and were approved for a mortgage. He got us the house. He convinced the seller to take us instead of the other people.
