SUSANNE TOOK TIME TO SHOW ME DIFFERENT CHOICES. ONE CUSTOM WAS A PENCIL SKETCH THAT HAD SENTIMENTAL VALUE AND HAD SOME MOLD DAMAGE. SHE WAS ABLE TO SELECT A FRAME/MATTE COMBINATION THAT MADE THE PICTURE LOOK GREAT AND HID THE DAMAGE. ALSO RAN IT THROUGH A HOT PRESS TO KILL THE MOLD. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS AND THE COURTESY I WAS SHOWN. I BELIEVE I SAVED WHEN COMPARING THE COST TO OTHER STUDIOS.
