I called and a friendly woman explained they were on another job, but could schedule me in late afternoon. She also explained the technician would contact me when in route. Paul called me and let me know when he would be arriving as he was leaving his previous job. He was very professional, friendly, and informative about the problem. My problem was resolved with in a couple of hours. I would use them again without any hesitation. Payment is expected at time of service and they accept check, cash, or credit card. Thank you Water & Waste Equipment for your prompt response!
