We have had other roofers come and try and diagnose the problem but they were the only ones that hit the nail on the head. They primarily are the exclusive contractor of Harvard and are exceedingly busy. They are also are very honest returning a check to me which was twice the fee for the service which was twice the amount of the purchase. They are very busy and have difficulty handling the business that they have. The generally take very large jobs, mine was an exception. They do excellent work, solve difficult problems but are a bit pricey and hard to get to come to a job. That being said its good to find a roofer whose work is the gold standard.
