The laminate flooring looks great and I have no idea how he was able to get it around the banister. My stairs look fantastic too. I will definitely call him again to do my hardwood floors in another one of my rooms that I will be renovating.

He did an excellent job! We were very pleased with him. He was on time and efficient. His price was good too.

I called the phone # listed in the contacts - I spoke to someone & I explained the job I needed done. I requested that someone come out to measure the room & give me a quote. The person I was speaking to asked me the size of the room and I told him that I have a room about 13 X 15 which needs new hardwood flooring. The person just threw a number out at me $1,400 without so much as asking what kind of wood I was interested in. I understand a company is busy, but I have no idea what kind of wood I should get & really wanted someone to come out to look at the room & discuss my options. Even though the price is competitive, I will not be hiring them.

Mr. Lee worked did a superb job. Working around the painters, Le and his crew arrived on time and were polite. The crew took precautions with the carpeted areas leading into the home, cleaned up every day, and worked long hours to get the job done in a little more than a week. Mr. Lee made some suggestions as to the area around the fireplace, which we used and are pleased with the results. The stairs look especially beautiful. He was patient in answering questions and is very personable. Lee has a portfolio of the work he has done for others, which includes some beautiful inlaid woodwork. Mr.Lee is a master craftsman and has a good eye for detail. We would highly recommend him to our friends.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS VERY POSITIVE. THEY RESPONDED PROMPTLY TO MY REQUEST FOR AN ESTIMATE, WERE FOR THE MOST PART, TIMELY. MY JOB HAD TO BE RESCHEDULED DUE TO UNEXPECTED DEMANDS OF ANOTHER CLIENT BUT THE COMPANY CALLED ME TO EXPLAIN. THE WORK WAS WELL DONE, ESPECIALLY THE REPAIR WORK ON THE EXISTING FLOOR, AND FOR AN EXTREMELY REASONABLE PRICE.

THE EXPERIENCE OVERALL WAS VERY GOOD IN TERMS OF PUNCTUALITY, RESPONSIVENESS, AND THE QUALITY OF THE SANDING/STAINING/FINISH ON THE FLOORS (THE FLOORS ARE BEAUTIFUL). THE PROJECT WAS FINISHED BY THE DATE I HAD ASKED. MY ONLY COMMENT IS THAT SOME OF THE STAIN ENDED UP BEING SPLASHED UP ONTO THE BASEBOARDS AND WALLS IN SEVERAL AREAS, SO THAT WE HAD TO DO SOME TOUCH-UP PAINTING AFTERWARDS.

LEE IS GREAT TO WORK WITH. WE WERE GOING TO BE GONE FOR A FEW DAYS, AND SCHEDULED HIM A MONTH IN ADVANCE TO DO THE WORK. HE CAME IN WHILE WE WERE GONE, COVERED EVERYTHING WITH PLASTIC, AND THEN SANDED AND REFINISHED OUR CORK FLOORS -- THEY LOOK GREAT. THEY CLEANED UP NEARLY EVERYTHING (THE DUST GETS EVERYWHERE -- WE HAD TO VACUUM THE WALLS). IT WAS NICE TO TRUST SOMEONE TO COME INTO THE HOUSE WHILE WE WERE AWAY (EVEN THOUGH WE DID HAVE THE ALARM ON IN THE REST OF THE HOUSE) TO TAKE CARE OF A MESSY PROJECT.

LEE DOES HARD WOOD FLOOR WORK, BUT I ASKED HIM IF HE COULD DO A CORK TILE INSTALLATION. HE WAS EAGER TO DO THE JOB, CHARGED A VERY REASONABLE FEE. WE WERE FLOORED (EXCUSE THE PUN) WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK HE DID. THE FLOOR LOOKS GREAT. THEY ALSO APPLIED THE SEALER OVER THE TOP OF IT. WE HAD SOME STRANGE SCHEDULING NEEDS BECAUSE THIS WAS DONE AROUND THE HOLIDAYS. LEE ACCOMMODATED EVERY NEED AND WAS ALWAYS ON TIME. THERE WERE SOME DAMAGED SPOTS ON THE FLOOR FROM CONSTRUCTION, AND LEE CAME BACK AS NEEDED TO FIX THEM. CORK FLOORS ARE EXCELLENT, BUT EXPENSIVE. YOU CAN SAVE A LOT OF MONEY BY HAVING LEE INSTALL IT!
