It was great. I have been looking for a reliable laundry service in the chelsa since I moved here last year. They are very professional and did my laundry exactly how I wanted it done. If you are particular about your laundry, as I am this is the service for you. They even sent out a Welcome (Starter) Kit as part of the service. Finally, their customer service person (I think her name was Paula) was very help in getting me started. Primos rocks and I would highly recommend them to others in Chelsea.
