Don’t waste money on this company. They can’t guarantee their job done. The contract offered doesn’t match the job done. I have file a complaint and David is still not willing to resolve it. Very dissatisfied.

I hired them to do ducts and vents initially. Later when I had complaints from my tenants, I decided to call them back. I explained to David that my tenants complained about him not using the right tool. David hung up the phone on me, and I was very disappointed. I had to immediately hire another duct cleaning service to do the job correctly. The company I hired has taken photos to prove that the job David did was not done right. I have filed a complaint, but David is still not willing to resolve it. Don’t waste money on this company who can’t guarantee their job. The contract offered doesn’t match the work done.

I was impressed with the quality and care Panamerica took to clean my air ducts. They provided quality work at a great price. They took pictures to show me what my vents looked like and took pictures to show the cleaning process. They also spent the time to educate me about how the air system works.
