JOHN IS ON TIME (EXCEPT ONCE OF THE 5 TIMES HE CAME OVER) AND RETURNS PHONE CALLS RIGHT AWAY. THE FLOORS LOOKED ABSOLUTELY STUNNING -- I COULDN'T IMAGINE THEM BETTER AND THEY GOT OUT A HUGE GOUGE THAT WAS 3 FEET LONG. MY ONLY ISSUE WAS ONE OF CARE WITH OTHER ASPECTS OF THE ROOMS -- THE TRIM ON A CHAIR RAIL WAS SLIGHTLY DAMAGED. OVERALL, I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM VERY HIGHLY. THE OWNER IS A BIT HARD TO UNDERSTAND, AS ENGLISH IS NOT HIS FIRST LANGUAGE.
