They broke my tv and refused to taje responsibility. Their so called ?insurance ? is a joke. They pay 60 cents per pound which is nothing. My tv was worth 900$. They tried to bribe me just to delete my first review and I denied it. So they said now not even their insurance would pay. They first said I was laying and trying to take advantage if their insurance I even sent pictures of 2 days before My move in date then they said that the employee said they had proof that the tv was perfectly fine when they left I requested this proof they never sent it. They then called and said that I had to report it same day not 2 days afters. I reminded them that i sent the pictures 4 hours after they left. Then they said that it had to be during the time the workers were doing their work. At the end they did not take responsibility at all.
