I & I CLEANING SERVICE

I have used them for years and they have showed up on time. When I have a party at the last minute they are able to come and pull the house together for me on a Sunday. They have gone in and just put together and cleaned my apartment to make it livable for my family members. When they come and clean they also line up the food in the refrigerator, they've picked up groceries, and I would trust them with my life. They had a death in the family and had to leave town, I offered to call and postpone their services to inform their clients responded with how can I help them, their customers were very concerned with how they were doing.

I am very satisfied. Lisa got right back to me and came out to do an initial evaluation quickly. When we first met I had some ideas in mind about our needs, but she brought up things I hadn't even considered. She didn't do this in a way that made me feel pressured to give her more work, but rather, that proved she was very thorough in her work. Her estimate was slightly higher than expected, but after talking in some more detail, by phone I decided to go with it. It was a good decision. Lisa and her assistant worked non-stop for 4 hours. The place looks great and the other residents in the building noticed right away, even before I could say anything. Lisa was great about keeping in touch during the whole process and was very helpful in moving her schedule around to accommodate us. We are now going to have her return every few months to do a seasonal cleaning (though at a much lesser price, because as Lisa brought up, there will be less work to do now that the big initial cleaning has been done).

We are completely satisfied with I and I's work. We trust I and I not only in handling all objects in our home with great care, but especially in entering, working in, and leaving our home secure without supervision. The personnel are very professional, bright, and engaging.

I can't say enough good things about the wonderful job that Lisa does. I have hired a number of cleaners in the past, so I have a good point of comparison. I'm also very fussy, and never felt that the others were able to clean as well as I would. Lisa takes true pride in her work and is the most conscientious person that I have ever hired. She looks after my home as though it were her own and always keeps her eyes open for anything that needs to be done. She doesn't rely on a simple checklist of chores to say that the job is completed. Never has my house been so well cared for, and I have recommended Lisa to others who have also been thrilled with her work. Lisa and her team are all beyond reproach in terms of their thoroughness, their scheduling and their honesty. I trust this group completely and would recommend them to anyone that wants someone to really care for their home-someone that will go way beyond the standard cleaning service.

For 8 years, these women have professionally and lovingly taken care of 3 homes for me- Harvard Square, Jamaica Plain, and now on Ashmont Hill. They are trustworthy, VERY reliable, and as careful with my fragile valuables as if they belonged to them, maybe even more careful. They have keys to my home and have designed a system that prevents anyone from identifying my home if the keys were to be lost or stolen. When I am home while they are working, they are quiet, and go about their work in a manner that makes me feel warm inside, because I know I'm being taken care of. My guests ALWAYS remark on the level of cleanliness of my home: the sparkle of floors, the shine of the shower, the gleam of the stove. But for me, an allergy sufferer, a real testament has been the absence of sneezing and respiratory problems as a result of having such a thoroughly clean home. If you are seeking someone to clean your home for a reasonable price and with love and care, YOU NEED I and I!!!

We've been using I AND I for some five years. They are far and away the best cleaners that we've ever had. (We went through half-a-dozen cleaners in as many years prior to them). They are highly organized and extremely courteous. Our home is a challenge -- we have two kids -- and we always look forward to coming home on cleaning day. I AND I has always been careful with our indoor cat as well. Bathrooms, kitchens and floors always look terrific. They even take the time to make our beds and do some organizing. Best of all, the crew is extremely friendly with us and the kids!

I trust Lisa Pulchera absolutely and know her to be extremely reliable. Her standards are second to none. She now regularly performs her good work at my offices as well as at my home and has been hired by others I know who would completely agree with my assessment. We have used Lisa's Cleaning service for several years and cannot imagine going to anyone else. She is professional, meticulous, thorough and detail-oriented. She has the same crew come to our house where she personally supervises their work and ensures that everything is completed to her satisfaction. But, it's not just how well she cleans the house that impresses us (although she and her crew do a fantastic job!), but it's the little things as well. She uses very few chemicals, so the house always smells clean and dust-free when she's done: there isn't an oppressive "cleaning fluid perfume" smell. She arranges our children's' stuffed animals in amusing positions, and she always treats our home with the same respect as if it was her own. We consider Lisa to be family and can not recommend her highly enough.
