Brian is extremely responsive, friendly, and honest. It was not unusual for me to communicate daily with him (either via cell phone or email) during my purchases and sales. He is up front about options, costs and expectations. On the second go round, I compared his rates to those from my realtor's company, and he definitely came out on top. I feel that he is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of home financing and tries very hard to match people with the right product, even if it means less commission for him. In particular, he is very good with first time home buyers and finding special deals to help with that major event. I recommend Brian without hesitation to anyone buying or refinancing a home.
