THE BEST!!! Paulo was on time, quick AND a perfectionist. He also is extremely polite and friendly AND professional while doing so for extremely good price. Because he accepted a HUGE job after agreeing to do my little one, he came to my house on a Sunday to do the work he had agreed to. Not everyone would do that. I'll never use anyone else - he takes great pride in his beautiful work and doesn't gouge. A rare find :)
