Matt and his coworkers put everything in seamlessly, they even got me a deal on the service policy when the orginal boiler than I wanted was clearly not the right size according to my measurements and theirs. They came bacl twice at no extra charge, only with their kind attitude and efficient work ethic. I also appreciated how respectfully they work together and how they liked my dog! I am not kidding. Matt grew up in Chelsea with his father who owns the business and this is how he learned, He shared a few stories about his father, their dog and their family business, Personally, this is type of company one dreams of and wants to support. Simply could not have gone better.

They got the job done and there ended up being a small problem but they came right back and fixed it.

Went well. There was a  different person for each visit. Both were knowledgable, professional and cleaned-up the area before leaving.
I would use this company again.

Very well. Drew is fast, prompt, skilled, competent...and expensive. Can't have everything! He picks up the phone, comes immediately when called (twice, the carpenter moved things and Drew was out the next day to do his part), and is able to accomodate changes. I've used him three times previously for smaller jobs, feel that his reliability is worth the price charged, and will use him in the future.

Overall, it is one of the worst contracting experiences ever. Donarumo did not show up when promised, sent in junior staff instead of showing up himself as promised, took more than twice the quoted time (one week versus 3 days) and the job was never completed. another plumber had to be called. The bathroom sink and shower valve were improperly installed and had to be redone. The basement sewer line plumbing had to be moved twice (which he did after a complaint). He demonstrates no experience whatsoever in residential plumbing. His work and his workers were sloppy and inconsistent. In addition, he broke my basement window and dropped sewer pipe on my washer denting it both of which were never fixed. Stay as far away from this guy and his partner in crime Devin Kirby. Incidentally, he claims to be a plumbing inspector in Chelsea. He left us and our tenants without running water at all, even no toilet!
