John and his team did a superb job. I contacted Winn's Demolition at the last minute when another team slated to do the work for me was no longer available. Despite being in a bind, John gave me a very fair price, and did the work just two days after visiting my home. He and his team were totally professional and incredibly hard workers.

Very poor customer service. I signed and paid for a $8,600 dollar contract for demolition work on a 3-family property that I own. Jack and Anne (his wife) were very pleasant to work with at first. Their bid was relatively lower than that of others I spoke to but this came with its hang ups - they complained often about the work load, tried to do less work that was written out in the contract, removed and cashed in for my copper piping in the house, continuously asked for payments before they were actually due and did not fully complete the job. They are now unresponsive after they have been paid in full. This is a 7 day job and all of these problems took place. More of a hassle than the extra cash 'saved'. It is a shame.

I never charged you for the extra bathroom's we did for you. (3) total... You called me 3 months after the job was in completion and demanded us to come back for a small area after you accused John of taking thing's of the job. wow I did not even charge you for all the extra's because your grand mother was pass away and you seemed to be commuting from Rhode Island. I find you to be a evil and ungrateful person. You get more with honey then a bee sting so I hope that the Bee stop's biting you in the A**. You are a very young person starting out in the world and you better start learning gratitude and respect. I am sorry for investing all my time and favor in you. That is my life lesson."

Winn's Demolition was top notch, professional and fast. Jack had great communication through out the entire project. His team worked to get the job completed in a timely manner and left the site cleaned and in great shape. If we had more people out there like Winn's Demolition to work with then so much time and money would not be wasted. Cheers.

Great work. He wrapped the boiler and water heater in plastic so they didn't get dusty and then went to work. He tore everything out to the rafters, neat and tidy. Then he cleaned the room within an inch of its life. Hauling was included in the price. Very professional and a pleasure to work with. A good man too.

Fist of all, this was a demolition job, which is not listed as a job type; it should be. Could not be more pleased by John, his experience, how efficiently he worked, how nice he was to deal with, and his care not to damage adjacent areas. The price of his service was super-reasonable.

I was very happy with Winn's Demolition. John came out quickly after I called to give me an estimate. They were very organized in preparation, and working around my schedule. They took down and removed my shed, as well as some other items I had. They cleaned up everything, and did a great job. Great Customer Service and work! I would recommend them to anyone who was in need of demolition.

He scheduled the work a few days after I called. It was a small job but well done. He used a power hammer to get most of the mortar out and moved the rocks to a nearby rock boundary on our property. He did a nice job arranging the rocks so it looks like a natural part of the wall (not a jumble of rubbish). He was polite and personable. He gave me the option of hauling it away, but when I balked at the expense he gave me the option to leave the rocks onsite. Based on my experience I highly recommend Winn's Demolition.

The team from Winn's arrived on time and worked quickly to remove our deck. They were careful to not damage the main house and to leave gas and electric lines undisturbed. The team was professional and friendly. I would recommend Winn without reservation.

John provided us with an estimate and we decided on a date to do the job. They were punctual. They took care to demolish only the things we wanted to demo and preserved the things we asked them to preserve. finally, they cleaned up the work area and hauled away the trash. John was prompt, punctual and professional. I would recommend them.

Excellent. Jack showed up to see the job & came back with a quote the same day. The work was also performed the same day by Jack and his assistant. Our basement has no exit so the tank had to be taken up the stairs and through the house after it was sawed in half. They also cleaned up everything before they left.

Excellent. They had two guys come and take apart our very large boiler and 300 gallon oil tank. They showed up early, were cheap and pleasant, stuck exactly to the quote, and had all the trash from the heating system and basement remodel removed in a few hours time.
