Green Lawn was on time, professional, competitively priced and had excellent customer service.

Kevin did an amazing job installing the irrigation system.  We have many flower beds and he made sure they all get watered.

Ken was very responsive. He was able to fit my project into their schedule. His team assured and finished as scheduled. Excellent follow through & follow up of other stuff.

After designing and installing initial irrigation, noted lawn needed additional line and charged >$1,000 for work that should have been done as part of initial installation - not given estimate for this work prior to being completed. Multiple malfunctions of system over the years, poor service in general.

Did an excellent job. Worked well with the paving company and landscaping company in complete a whole front yard project.

I've pretty much had it with Green Lawn. Every year upon start up, I ask, and expect, the service tech to fully check all zones and coverage, and every year they screw it up one way or another. I'll have areas that receive no coverage, or broken heads that leak, etc. Revisits have not resolved the problems on a couple of occasions. There are always plenty of apologies, but enough is enough. I'm moving on to another company.

They did a good job. Well actually my husband had the experience. They were here on time, they were pleasant and cooperative.

They perform a lot of work with our landscaper so that's how they were chosen. All in all, we were pretty satisfied. They did exactly what they said they would do. The system works perfectly and we have no issues.
Since a fair of amount of landscaping had been done since the original irrigation system was installed, Green Lawn reconfigured a fair amount of the system in addition to adding a fourth zone due to new plantings. They didn't and quot;trashand quot; the existing system by saying it all had to be replaced. They were very professional and were not there to sell us a bill of goods. Since they and quot;partnerand quot; with our landscaper, we felt that helped a tremendous amount.
They are not sales people, just insallation technicians. When I introduced myself as the owner, the lead guy didn't seem to care, just kept talking to his guys about the job.
For the work they did and for the amount of time the team was there, I feel we definitely got our money's worth. I will call them for a service at the end and beginning of each season.

The biggest concern has been the excessive amount of weeds, clover, crabgrass and grubs which I thought we would avoid because of paying a professional company to do fertilizer maintenance.
I had to call the company twice to let them know that we had a large amount of clover and weeds which were spreading and taking over the existing grass. By the second call, I added that we had more crab grass than we have ever had in all the years we've lived here.
After the second phone call, which was just to their answering machine, they came and applied a strong weed control which not only removed the clover and much of the crab grass, it left dead spots all over the lawn. I had to apply top soil and re-seed. The new grass is finally growing in.
As for the grub control - I think they forgot the back yard. We now have mole trails and when you pull back the grass that is yellow, there's a layer of grubs right below the surface. We now have something digging small holes in the ground, probably to get at the grubs.
Either they did not apply enough fertilizer and grub control or they are just plain careless. I only spoke once with the receptionist and never received a phone call from the company asking about the problem or to follow up on my concerns about the lawn.
We have used this company for our sprinklers for years and they have been very responsive and punctual. As for their lawn service, we will not be using them in the future.

This is a company that I have been using for a while now. I like them because they never forget about me. They keep the lawn looking considerably better than it would otherwise and they get in and out of here pretty quickly too, which I like.
