Description of Work: I called looking for help with apartment rentals in the Chelmsford, Westboro area and spoke with Joan Kelley. I am have a tough time finding anything - inventory is low, prices high; I just sold a home and want to buy but not yet - and am a single professional woman looking carefully. She was so considerate, honest, didn't have anything, but took the time to listen to me. We had a great conversation about the market, how tough it was etc. I don't know if she'll ever find anything for me but of all the real estate agents in the area I've worked with, she was most relatable, pleasant and even offered to make a call to see if there was something coming up that she knew of right away. I left her my number anyway. I was impressed and would recommend her and their company based on that level of customer service.

 + -1 moreI have worked with Sterling Stone for over a year now in my efforts to find a perfect home for my family, to include my elderly Mom. It proved to be an extremely difficult task to find a property that met our criteria. Our agent, Gail Kruglak has be absolutely phenomenal throughout this long process. Extremely responsive, always one step ahead, and actually running out to view homes the day the became available on her own, to see if they were worth looking at!We have finally found the perfect home and we could have absolutely could not have gotten through this process without Gail! We would highly recommend her a a buyer's or a seller's agent, as no matter which hat she has on, you can be certain she will work hard for you!
Description of Work: I was referred to Gail Kruglak by a friend of mine over a year ago to help us look for a new home. She has been amazing throughout the process. She worked very hard for us as our buyer's agent. Alert, smart, proactive and always professional. We are so very thankful for the referral, that we felt it was important to let folks know about this great agency!
