The staff were very kind to my dog, a Golden Retriever mix whom we had rescued. The dog can be skittish around new people, but they were gentle and patient with her. They shampooed my dog, gove her a summer cut, and brushed here teeth. They accomplished this very quickly - within 90 minutes! Other places we have used have had the dog all day, which made her anxious. I would recommend Petsmart for your grooming needs.

It was fine. The price was very reasonable. My pet's a little bit difficult to handle. They do very nicely with him. I think it has more to do with the personnel possibly than anything else. What stood out was they were very good with him. He is a bull terrier. He is a very rambunctious dog and they handle him nicely. He's not afraid to go back which speaks very well for them. If they used force, he wouldn't want to go back. I will continue using them in the future.
