Mr. Nazzaro arrived the same day I called and quickly diagnosed the problem (a
blower motor) but suggested - due to the cost of the part - that I wait
for my regular guys.  Mr. Nazzaro's honesty and professionalism may have
cost him a job (this time) but may end up saving us hundreds of
dollars...  Fingers crossed that the warranty is still good.  If not, I'll be calling him.

We've been using Nazzaro for a number of years now.  He is always quick to respond, is professional when he shows up to work, and walks you through everything he has found.  Showing you what the problem is and suggesting recommended repairs.  He will find things that you didn't expect him to, but he always shows you how he came up with the additonal work, how it happened and the urgency for the fix.

On Christmas Eve, Mr. Nazzaro was there on the job with little to no notice.  Did what we needed.  Clean, professional etc.  Highly recommended to others.

Work was done in a very professional manner.  Very punctual, completed in a timely manner, and cleaned up after project was completed.

Jake and his assistant arrived promptly and finished the job in one day. The install was not simple - gas meter and electric panel are on opposite ends of our raised ranch. The generator is located about 60 feet from the meter, so a good amount of pipe. The work is very neat and professionally done. The guy who came in the house to relight the pilot covered the bottom of his shoes in plastic before entering, which my wife really appreciated. We will definitely be using Jake again - we are already discussing a new furnace.

Jake and his guys were prompt and showed us what would be needed. They worked efficiently and came each day when they said they would. They made a minimum of fuss and mess and cleaned up neatly. Very professional and I would use them again.

We have worked with various plumbing companies over the years and this was by far our best experience. Jake and Kevin were very professional, cost effective and extremely knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the problem and offered two possible options ( short term and long term). After taking the time to explain everything fully, we went with the long term option. They finished early so charged us less than the original quote. In addition, they cleaned up all of the work areas perfectly. You would never know they were there! We were so impressed with their level of service that I truly cannot recommend them enough. Having an emergency situation is so stressful, but it was a relief to find such a great company on Angie's list. Call these guys--you won't regret it!!

They were there everyday on time.  They are very reasonably priced in terms of the quality of the work and what they were doing.  I could not have had a better quality result.  It was excellent.  I am redoing another bathroom in a couple of weeks and I am going to use them.

Jake Nazzaro is very knowledgeable and professional, and he has trained his employee, Kevin to the same high standards. I called on Thursday, with a non-emergency request and was told I would hear back the following week. Jake called the following Tuesday morning, ready to go. Kevin and Jake worked side by side for part of the job. They completed the work just after noon. No mess was left behind for me to deal with. Everything is working beautifully! 
I inquired about another plumbing issue that day (for another time), but Jake kindly discouraged me from doing it because he thought the cost would not justify the expense. I really appreciated that! He was interested in how my boiler was working prior to his job, and recommended that I have the tune-up less often. That impressed me, that he was thinking more about our needs than his profit! 
Jake's son, who I taught in elementary school, is now learning the trade and I have no doubt that he will carry on his father's tradition of excellent service and fair pricing. I've learned to trust the Nazzaro's with all of my plumbing needs. I recommend them without reservation!

He was very knowledgeable, prompt and very personable. His work was great quality. They are very reliable. He knows his trade well. You can really count on the work he does. He will be very honest with you. If you need something done, like very simple things that you can do but you just don't know exactly how, he'll describe it on the phone for you to do.

I called around round for quotes and I also called Nazzaro. I was told there would be no need to look at what I needed to get done and quote was given over the phone. The fact that this service provider is my locality, he should take advantage and at least look at the work before giving me and estimate. Another thing that I also did no like about them was that he mentioned to me that he saw another plumber coming over to my house for estimate and so he would not give me an estimate as I am already talking to someone. I agree that there must be competitiveness between different providers in a locality, but it should not turn into rude behaviour with the customers that it starts looking unprofessional. The only reason I went with him was that my neighbors told me he is pricey but does a good job. I got 4 quotes and he was by the far the costliest.

There was nothing I disliked. The gentleman was very pleasant and very informative. I'd give them an "A" for sure.
