The handyman who came to our house was friendly and appeared knowledgeable. He installed the external vents we asked for, but when we examined them later, he'd attached the fans to the soffets via many feet of twisted duct in the attic. He should have trimmed the duct tubing, but instead it was a tightly coiled mess, and moisture would have built up in it. Also, while he was up in our attic, he slipped off the beams and put two holes through our kitchen ceiling. He tried to spackle-patch them, but they still looked really rough and ugly. While he was up in the attic, he offered to remove a bunch of wood planks to prep our attic for more insulation that we were planning to add, and he guessed it would only take an hour or two, but it ended up taking more than four hours, at $80+/hr. He worked up a hard sweat; it wasn't for lack of trying, but if we'd known it would take that long, we would have hired a less expensive lower-skill worker to pull the wood out of the attic.
The office called to see how the job went, and I reported the problems with the duct work and the poor ceiling spackling and they asked me to send pictures. Upon request, the office sent our handyman back out twice to fix the problems. It got kinda awkward to bring him back so many times. Issues were eventually settled to our satisfaction, but for the price we paid and the amount of our time and effort that it took to get defective work corrected, I would not recommend them.

He had to go to Home Depot to get supplies for an hour, charging me for this time, and then built a box to go under the washer. Which was useless and didn't fit. He asked me how to get it under the washer, and I offered to help, and it still didn't work. He tried to install the traverse rod, which he left hanging and non functioning. They did end up sending someone to fix that eventually. They wanted to charge me $350 for this, and I refused, I paid them $150 for what labor was involved.
