John Grant Home Repair

It was excellent it was a 2 day project. John left no trace of work being done. The tile makes it look like a new space.

Excellent work, good communications, completely satisfied. Will hire again.

I would have John come to my home and do any kind of repair work. I trust him.

Mr. Grant did all of the above projects.  He replaced the air conditioner hole-in-the-wall with a shadow box, framed in and stained to look as if it has always been there.  The deck looks great and the old, battered shed door has been replaced and painted to match the adjacent deck (nice touch).  The refresh of the shutters and front door makes the house look bright and inviting..  As was true the last time Mr. Grant worked on our home, the work was done promptly, professionally and with an eye to detail that's both unusual and incredibly appreciated.

Mr. Grant did an incredible job of fixing the appallingly bad work done by the previous contractor and made the 50-year old walls and ceilings look like new.  Best of all, he looked beyond the job at hand and let us know of other things that needed attention (and not necessarily his).  He let us know right away that there was an electrical problem under the sink - the predecessor contractor had done shoddy work (as in not up to code, fire hazard shoddy) when he rewired the dishwasher and disposal under the sink.  Mr. Grant insisted that we call a licensed electrician immediately to correct the work.   We had had a plumber and another electrician working in the same area, and neither mentioned that the installation wasn't safe.  We are grateful not only for the great job he did with the work he was hired for, but for his professionalism in looking beyond his project and seeing that our home is a safe, comfortable place to live.

John showed up in time, did a fantastic job, cleaned up. John is an outstanding individual.
