I&M Construction replaced the pressure treated decking on our 1400+ sq ft deck with Trex composite decking. From the planning stage all the way through to job completion, Imer and his crew were awesome! Imer made suggestions about materials (gave us color samples of the Trex decking) and installation methods to hide the decking screws (the Camo deck fastening system). The deck wraps all the way around an above ground pool and has sizable seating areas. Although the pool is not exactly parallel to the house wall, they adapted for that in areas where the adjustments are inconspicuous. The steps leading up to the deck were also resurfaced and reinforced while they were at it. They had to remove the old pressure treated decking before installing the new decking; so, there was ample opportunity for the job to be messy - that didn't happen. All the demo'd material was picked up and hauled away. The cutting of the new decking was performed in one place. When the job was completed, all scraps, sawdust, etc. were hauled away. We are THRILLED with the new deck and will not hesitate to hire I&M for any future projects. I highly recommend I&M Construction!!

My experience with I&M Construction was exceptional from the beginning through the completion of the project. The job entailed replacing eight load bearing columns and the porchâ s complete railing system. Imerâ s communication from the initial visit and estimate, when the materials would be delivered to the work site, and the daily scheduling of his team was at a perfect level. Imer suggested various material options, and they reworked the original steps making them stronger and sturdier. Imer and his teamâ s attention to detail, quality and cleanliness was exceptional. The project was completed on-time (they actually started and completed the project a day early), on budget and it looks beautiful. I would highly recommend I & M Construction for any size home construction project, and I will be reaching out to them for mine.

Imer and his crew are master craftsmen who perfected my basement ceiling, repaired my sinking deck, and repaired my front steps. They’re polite, super clean, diligent workers. Couldn’t ask for anything more and I’m glad Imer can handle every task I throw at him.

My porch needed new screens and paneling replaced on the inside. This is an old home so not all the screens were standard size. I&.M Construction custom made the screens. They did an excellent job replacing the panels on the inside. The workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend I $ M Construction. Maureen

We had a deck that needed some repairs and TLC. We spoke to 3 HA pros and got 3 different quotes - but none took the time to explain and provide me with guidance like Imer did. He was honest, told me what needed to be done and what could be done. After agreeing on the scope, he was prompt, very communicative and they finished on time. They did a great job and the deck looks fantastic. I would definitely hire them again! Thank you Imer!

Very professional and punctual. It was very easy to explain what I needed and have Mr. Imar fully understand the project. He even went further in making sure the deck was completely safe with the needed updates the deck needed. He came prepared with samples of materials which made it an easier conversation. He answered all my questions. His crew is always very respectful and did a clean up very quickly each day. I am very happy with the work. I will be calling I & M again for any other project I might have.
