Over the past 15 years, we have not yet once failed to provide professionalism and extremely competitive pricing. We invoice monthly, accept your credit card payments, and travel the extra mile to reach your specific requests during your weekly maintenance visits. I am not sure why you included that you "will not re-hire" into the review considering you have not cancelled your services and we have provided an additional (2) visits after this review was posted. "[member name removed], I am very sorry to hear (again) that our services did not work our for you. I am unsure of what inspired this negative review 7 months after the service was performed. You had contacted me in June via email to inquire about our mowing services. Your heavily shaded yard was severly neglected and with out any doubt untouched for months. I was able to send you pricing for our mowing services, and mentioned that the first cut would most likely cost double due to the overgrowth of the lawn. Upon arriving to the property, it was nearly impossible to see any borders, plants, or lawn ornaments considering the lawn was up over our knees! I do feel that the crew did a great job considering the condition of the property. If I could make any changes, I would have declined to service your property. We performed a service as best and carefully as possible. The perennials you mentioned that were damaged were buried under debris, leaves, and covered over with 2' of overgrown grass. I responded to your complaints after the service was completed. I arrived to your property, inspected the damages to the BURIED garden lights that were nearly a decade old buried under the previous years leaves. It was clear that none of these plants nor ornaments you mentioned were even visible to myself or the crew. I even spent over an hour refiguring a home made irrigation system you had in the front yard. Normally our customers show a little consideration and understand that some damages to plants will naturally occur when there is no existing border between lawn and plants. On another note, the invoice you received was never paid."
