GET References and go see some of potential contractors work.Watch what is going on.
After we began to trust this guy we paid him 15,000 to due work while we were going to be away. Came back 21/2 weeks later job not completed. Left a message on my answering machine saying he was sick. Turns out I was told by family members James Ferguson was abusing alcohol and drugs and never came back.
I want him to pay me back at least the last $15,000.00 we gave him, but where drugs and alcohol the chances don't look good. However it would be the first step to repair his reputation in the construction business.
