Ferguson Construction

Description of Work: Town of Andover, MA Building Inspector found numerous home construction code violations including POOR QUALITY Workmanship for the initial framing of an additionat my home. The Contractor James S Ferguson did not follow architectual drawings properly, which were part of the construction agreement. I made copies of all the documents and cancelled checks and presented my case to the Massachusetts Construction Liicensing Board against James S Ferguson of 108 Concord Road Chelmsford, MA 01824. The company name is or was Ferguson Frames to Finish. Also goes by Ferguson Construction of Concord Rd Chelmsford. The point here is NOT the NAME of the BUSINESS it's the PERSON'S NAME: JAMES S FERGUSON WHO is a construction thief. JAMES S FERGUSON has a son named CORY FERGUSON who also has a Massachusetts construction license and he was working withhis dad at my project. He made no effort that I am aware of to try to correct the serious code violations nor the poor workmanship. He was part of it even if he was helping his DAD. Cory's business is run from his home in Carlile, MA. Again get the peoples name as a Better Business Bureau tracks by Company NAME so be sure to get the names of the person running the job. I also have a signed copy of a letter to the Mass. Constucction Licensing board from James S Ferguson taking full responsibility of thmy project saying Cory was just helping out and did not sign any of the contractual papers and permits. Thats fine but saya to me Cory can pass a licensing test and yet still NOT SEE the code violations on my job??

Description of Work: Installed a bamboo floor over concrete slab in family room. This included laying vapor barrier, cork and then flooring. Also included removing and reinstalling baseboard heaters and baseboards.
