computer repair
 + -1 moreBecause my computer is so slow it took nearly a full hour for him to get into my system. He felt that my computer was far worse than what he could repair remotely. Rather than charging me for two hours work we gave up as it was just under 1 hour and thus no charge since it wasn't repaired.
Description of Work: Since they have no technician in my area any longer they set me up with a guy to fix my computer thru the Internet.
