Scheduled service to explore and repair a water leak at our church. The office admin was courteous, helpful and showed an interest in our issue. The technicians were punctual, comforting and reassuring. The issue was resolved in less than 2 hours. Eric Foster Plumbing transformed a stressful situation into a pleasant day! I would highly recommend.!

No complaints about work done or Technician. Was here for ~ 1hr ($225) which should have been the total but was hit with what I felt was exorbitant materials charges of $100 (to bump up the visit cost). They used less than a can of coil cleaner inside and about a quart of coil cleaner outside. I checked online for the cost of products used and my cost would have been ~$25 (I'm sure their cost for it is less) Just left a bad taste in my mouth for what otherwise was a positive experience.

They did an excellent job, they are timely, on schedule and punctual.

Very badly. 5/7/2020 The worst plumbing and customer service experience that I have ever had. Worst of all, the plumbing job, that they left knowing the pop up was bent and the sink was not draining correctly, was witnessed by a Nashoba Tech plumbing intern that was working with the Senior Plumber. Customer service was terrible, too - without ever talking to me in person, the Customer Service Manager wrote in an email: "This conversation is over". Definitely do not recommend. Charge: over $233.

I received a bill for $329 for a job that was 1/2 hour long and used minimum parts...and was down the street from their office. While the work was ok and the plumber was nice, I think Eric Foster plumbing has a very expensive pricing policy. I called them to complain and they said: that's what it is! I will not use them again. I can't afford it. Al

The plumbers were on time (even called ahead of time to say they were on their way). Replaced my garbage disposal and since I needed a new kitchen faucet they directed me to where I could purchase one and they would come back to install it. My major concern was my leaking toilet. I had had two plumbers at different times come to "fix" it but never really did - it would start leaking within a few months. The plumber showed me the flange was broken on the toilet and showed me the new one after he installed it. When they left they had cleaned up so well after the work you would never have known they were her. Was more than pleased with their workmanship and professionalism.

He was nice enough to finance it for me, it was $1,200, so I paid him $100  a week for 12 weeks.

It was about $450. They always do a good job. I've been doing business with them for about 20 years. They always send two people, they always know what they're doing, but they're a little pricey. They're entitled to make a little profit, but they could have made it cheaper. Whenever they say they're going to be here they're here.

They replaced the entire unit, except for the physical valve housing, which included the new valve components, the shower/tub faucet control, faceplate, diverter, etc., new shower head arm and shower head. Work was done in under an hour, everything was cleaned up and in good shape when they left.

They left without the heater working, a slow drip at the weld, and neglected to reinstall the smoke detector they disabled to do the weld. after my complaint, they came back the next day and resolved everything.

This was my first experience with them.  I am happy with everything involved but the price.
They were prompt to respond and came the same day and found the limit switch faulty within 15 mins.   Since they did not have the part they placed an order and after 2 days when they received it they came back again and replaced it .  
The total time both days put together was around half an hour . 
Since not having the required part was not my problem  and technically if they had the limit switch  it would have been done the same day i thought they would charge for 1 hour/visit price but they split it into 2 visits . 
I feel strongly  it would have been fair to charge me an hours price plus the  price of the part and i would be happy to pay that.    Now even with the issue resolved it leaves me with a bad feeling.

I am putting an F to the grade now because even though the company responded they totally avoided the fact about the pricing and addressed about the part unavailability.
I am aware that you may not have the part but that was not the issue.  I was considerate to that and stayed without heat for 2 days with young children at home  but you decided to bill me as 2 visits for that which is what is the issue here and you did not even mention that once in your response and neither anyone called and informed me about it .
I am sorry you need to be  fair in billing.

various plumbing items came back quickly when called

They were wonderful and great. They were lovely so I would call them again. They charged me $300 to all the services that the other company was quoting me $800. He was there on time. He had another job that morning, he cancelled and he called me an hour early.

I hired Eric Foster Plumbing to handle the gas connection for a new gas fireplace at my parents' home. This was a complex job, since a new gas line needed to be run from the gas meter to the basement and then up to the fireplace. Jason, the project manager, did a great job in terms of providing an estimate, scheduling the work, managing the team, and attending the inspection with the town inspector. I appreciated not having to take time off work to handle these details.  The team that did the "hands on" work of running the gas line, as well as the final connection to the fireplace insert, were polite and professional.  In addition, the job was on budget, with regard to the initial estimate. Not sure if Foster Plumbing is the least expensive company out there, but I felt that their service and attention to detail was excellent and well worth what was paid for the job.  Would recommend!

As usual Company exceeded my expectations.  They had an appointment earlier than I expected, came on time, and did an amazing job.  The repair technician was professional and friendly.  I will only use this plumbing company and would recommend to anyone.

I solicited several bids for this work which included an lot of estimating.  Foster was very competitive and came in on price and schedule.  The crew was easy to work with and did a fine job.

we had no heat or hot water. called foster and the serviceman Mark arrived within the hour.
  this is the second time i have used foster over the last few years. Mark came the last time
and i was happy to see him as he is a great trouble shooter and finds the problems quickly.
fThe problem was a defected relief valve and a igniter that needed cleaning.
As a side note to Mark i mentioned how we always run out of hot water while showering.
and now we have plenty of hot water, he adjusted the settings, Darn all those years !
 ERIC C. FOSTER is a very good operation as he does work all around the area.

After calling three local plumbers and leaving messages with no call backs, we joined angies list and found Eric Foster Plumbing. We left them a message late Thursday evening, and the problem was fixed by 11am on Friday.  The plumbers who showed up quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner.  We were very happy with their services and professionalism, and will call them for future plumbing projects and/or issues.  

Went well.  I gave these guys another chance since my experience on 7/17/12 didn't go so well.  This time they sent a much more experienced plumber who brought a trainee along with him.  I didn't mind this at all.  I could hear him talking to the trainee as he was fixing my commode and explaining all the work that he was doing.  Plumber ended up replacing some parts in the toilet that were old and falling apart.  I asked questions about my sink and the plumber was very helpful with suggestions and pricing.  Also, the plumber did all the work, the trainee was just along for the learning experience, I think.
