Description of Work: Enclosed porch had serious problems with rot on the floor, ceiling, moulding. Steve Emerson kept me informed at each step of the repair. As additional discoveries were made he informed me, gave me options, explained in detail what he had to do and what it would cost to do additional work. Very up front on all details. |Emerson works in a deliberate manner and does it right the first time. |I highly recommend him for any remodeling and/or repair work. He tells you right at the beginning what his rate is and gives an estimate for the total job. Any variation is done with an explanation and your consent.
