Very well. I called Chuck and he answer promptly. I spoke to him and he was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. He told me his process. It was a busy time of year so I should expect to be without my mower for 2 weeks. Chuck picked up my mower the next day. I spoke to him a week later and he said he had to order some parts for it. On the third week; he called to tell me it was ready, and what he did and what I should do going forward. He delivered the mower and backpack and put them in the garage because it was raining. It started right up and now ever starts without the choke. The backpack blower runs well now too. Will use again.
