I needed 2 backflow preventers replaced , a water heater repaired and a to0ilet repaired. I had a quote from a very famous local plumbing/heating company for $4000! I called Doug for a second opinion and he came in at HALF the price!! and that was AFTER I showed him the first quote! He didn't seem surprised at all about the first quote. Not only was he half the price but he pointed out that my 6 year warranty on my water heater had 6 months left and said I could get a new one thru that warranty for $100!!! He took care of going thru the company getting me the new heater. He completed the job in a few hours. I will NEVER call another plumber again! My recommendation is to run, not walk, to get Doug for your needs. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Doug has been exceptional responsive to all of our requests. If we have a problem he solves it quickly. We text or call Doug and he responds within minutes. Doug is a true professional craftsman his work is always well done and without the need for a call back. Doug is respectful of our home, he puts down drop cloths on areas he has to walk over, keeps his work area organized and cleans up after he finishes. I have found Doug to be cost competitive and he supplies quality plumbing and heating products. I have no hesitation in recommending Doug for your plumbing needs.
